Due to excessive spamming problems in the past, anonymous editing has been disabled, along with the integrated user creation method.

In the mean time, before I can get an alternate method of user creation working, you are welcome to mail kyle at aboveaverageurl dot com with a subject line of "wiki account request." Please provide your chosen username and a temporary password in the mail.
